Our Process
Consultation
From the very beginning, an experienced NexGen associate works with our clients to gain a full understanding of requirements to ensure complete scope alignment. This includes synergy to company culture, experience, project expertise, timeline, budget, deliverables, etc. One of the most important parts of our process, the consultation period, is key for us to understand what you need in your organization.
Recruiting
After the initial consultation and requirements are agreed upon, our recruiting team goes to work to diligently find the right candidate in an expedited manner to fit your timeline. When a potential candidate has been identified by a NexGen recruiter, we take them through an extensive vetting process via internal interview and reference check, all while keeping in constant communication with you.
Client Review
When our recruiting process is complete, we present the final candidate(s) that fit your criteria and coordinate any applicable next steps as a partner in the process. Phone interviews, face-to-face meetings and additional background checks are completed to sufficiently match the candidate and ensure our selection is the right one for you.
Onboarding + Follow-Up
Upon the candidate passing all client mandated requirements, our Customer Care team works hand-in-hand with our clients to support onboarding needs of your organization. As a true partner, we continue to check in periodically past the onboarding period to ensure we’ve delivered the right candidate for your project.
